Shipping policy

Shipping Locations:

Sneaker Social Clothing Co. currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Processing Time All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Please allow 10-15 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched, as our clothing is made to order. During peak periods or product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

Standard UK Delivery:

  • Delivered via Royal Mail or courier partner
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Flat rate: £7 UK Delivery Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or courier partner

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If your shipping option includes tracking, a tracking number will be provided.

Delivery Issues:

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact us at: support@sneakersocial.co.uk Include your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Errors:

Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup:

We offer Local Pickup in the Northampton Area. Please not this does not expedite the time you can pickup your order, so please still allow 10-15 days from the date of ordering, as all our orders are made to order.
